#BOOST DISSEMINATION EVENT WAS HELD IN SARAJEVO

On 30 August 2022 in Sarajevo was held a #BOOST e-platform dissemination event in which 20 participants took part. #BOOST project was presented by Mr. Ismail Šehić, the founder and the CEO of BRAVO organization – partner in the initiative from Bosnia and Herzegovina. The importance of the project topic amongst youth workers, and youth in general was explained. Mr. Sehic presented the platform, its purpose, and its potential and the participants had the opportunity to test the platform.

Participants were given a certain amount of time to create more constructive comments which will help with upgrading the platform's performance and after testing participants gave suggestions and elaborated it.The strengths and weaknesses of the platform were identified.

Тhe first invited speaker was Mr. Mirza Rastoder, the co-founder and director of the HomeWork HUB. He talked about his work and founding of the HUB while explaining the role of transferal skills such as innovative thinking, teamwork, and organization in working. Attendees had the opportunity to ask about and discuss the starting point of each job, volunteer opportunities, and of course the best advice for self-development.

The second speaker was Mr. Ismar Lačević from Project MarketMakers. He introduced his work and explained the sentence “idea without skillset is nothing”. The importance of the right skills in our lives, and how to develop them were discussed. A great example of how effective gain more knowledge about certain skills which draws the attention of all attendees was given. Questions were answered such as: How to know when to step down or when to push more?
The event was closed by Mrs. Ajla while inviting everyone to share their gained knowledge with others and to raise awareness about the topic.

"BOOST-Boosting Outstanding Omnicompetent Successful Talents" is a 24 months strategic partnership, co-funded by Erasmus+ programme of the European Union and managed in Bulgaria through the Erasmus+ National agency – Human resources development centre, aiming to create new education and personal development for young people in Europe through delivering interactive educational formats and methods based on transversal skills development.
